Program Founders
Both Kenny and Nikki are active community members. Kenny has worked at Nike for 10+ years and currently is the Design Studio Director. Nikki has a degree in teaching is a part-time instructor at her local community college, leading team building and leadership sessions at many high schools. As parents of 2 sons (1 with Special Needs), they recognized a need within communities to help support families, schools, and youth by offering awareness, education, and exciting community events everyone can support and participate in.
Middle-High School Specialist
Mindy spent her entire career in education working both at the high school and community college level. As faculty adviser to college leadership students, she saw first hand what individuals and teams could accomplish when someone truly believed in them. She feels fortunate to be able to be part of a program that provides leadership training that empowers people to make a difference while promoting the importance of including and valuing everyone.
Elementary Specialist
Jenna is a special education teacher and has her Master’s in Education. Jenna’s passion for helping others has always been apparent, but truly blossomed during the six years working with adults and children with special needs in a variety of settings. As a girl who was bullied and never felt like she mattered, it means a great deal to help empower students. Jenna’s goals align with the Stand Up. Be The One message to increase equity and inclusion for all students in the school and the community.

My name is Zack Hordichok, I talk in excessive amounts. I’d like to think that every day; I can impact someone’s life. I am an aspiring world changer, and I believe that passion with a purpose can change the world. Call me crazy; however, last time I checked, a normal person didn't change anything. I believe YOU can change an entire generation by choosing to stand up and be a person that believes, not only in yourself, but also in others.
