Mentorship Program
The 2nd year we encourage high schools and middle schools, that have completed phase 1, to start their mentorship program. In this program they will learn how to develop clubs, work together across schools, and become role models and mentors for elementary aged students and upcoming youth. The goal of phase II is to help the students embrace their role as a leader and become an active role model for those younger than them.
We are currently focusing on program development within the state of Oregon with the goal to expand nationwide.
